Ya I (and everybody?) has the same problem. It does not allow you to add anything where the voicemail number is listed. What I did was make a new voicemail number, plus comma and my code, in contacts and programmed it for #1 speed-dial. Only problem the other voicemail number then is redundant and appears in the pulldown notification tab, but I just ignore it and clear the listing, then go to keypad and speed-dial one.

Well I am glad to see I am not the only one that couldn't get it to work. I thought about doing the same thing you mentioned, make another contact and put it in speed dial 1.
Thanks for the response. I am kind of surprised that you can't edit the voice mail # in this phone, I have been able to do it with every phone I have ever had.
