Hi, new to site and new to having s2

I just bought a new s2, updated it via kies, but noticed csc code was THL thailand.

I have tried this

How to change CSC on Samsung Galaxy S2?

1.Just type *#272*Device IMEI# at Phone dial pad.
2.Select the CSC that you want.
3.Click Install.
4.Phone will be rebooted by itself.
5.That’s all.

But only comes up sales code THL with no option to change it to XEU

Any help would be greatfully received.

You need a multi CSC firmware to be able to change it.

CSC has nothing to do with what languages the firmware supports and it will not add keyboard language support either.
