Hi, i have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy SII in connecting to my laptop wi fi! whenever I created A Ad Hoc connection my SGS2 cannot detect the signal! always said that its out of range! But i can connect my Nokia E71! Any suggestion guys?

Hi Omnian, have you got any idea on how to remove "red eye" and/or "shiny eye" when i take pictures ,it is so annoying !!!

Sorry for the late reply, perfectp. Had been quite busy lately.

The reason you get red eye is because the flash is too close to the lens. It's actually the flash reflecting off of the retina.
Digital cameras (and maybe on some phones) have a red-eye setting in which the flash goes off twice, the first one caused the pupil to constrict, the second time to take the picture.
So, when taking a picture from your phone's camera with flash, try pushing the shutter button half way in order to light the LED for focus, then continue all the way down to take the picture.

just got a notice saying samsung would be updating the galaxy s2 (sprint epic, keyboard version in my case) would be getting an upgrade to ICS although no mention of the rollout date for the US. has anyone heard anything yet?

Don't know what's the use for this yet, but with Camera On, pressing the Power Button toggles to Lock and Unlock of your touch screen.
